Established in 1980, Biltmore has been delivering high-quality, detail-oriented, restoration renovation in New Haven County. Biltmore Construction is a small, specialized remodeling company consisting of it’s President, Steve Cavanaugh, founder and owner, Kathy Cavanaugh, his gorgeous wife of 36 years, secretary, and a comprehensive team of dedicated mechanics and office assistant.
You will also find Steve’s youngest son, Matthew who attended Quinnipiac University, finance major, working on most jobs, learning the trade and mastering his skills. Entering into our 38th year of business, we’ve made it through three recessions, and hope to continue to provide quality and detailed remodeling for many years to come.
